The forest around Forest Garden is an optional setting for therapy or life coaching sessions in good weather. Dr. Phillips has provided 2 sitting areas for sessions in the forest next to the creek. To get to the sitting areas she provides a ride in the "Psych-Mobile" (otherwise known as a golf cart.)   The ride is a scenic experience but also allows maximal talking time in this lovely and private natural setting.
 
The walking trail  through the forest is another option in good weather either before or after a session as arranged through Dr. Phillips.  The trail can be walked in one of the two sections or in its entirety for a 15 or 30 minute walk depending on your choice and pace.
